Jennie Garth: Peter Facinelli’s new romance stings

OHMYGOSSIP — Jennie Garth has spoken out about estranged husband Peter Facinelli‘s romance with new girlfriend Jaimie Alexander. Garth and Facinelli announced in March they were splitting after 11 years of marriage.

“I think there will come a time when it won’t sting so bad. But I’m not quite there yet,” she said.

“You know, I am happy that he is happy, though. I’m dating one guy right now.”

Jennie, 40, and Peter have remained friendly for the sake of their three daughters, Luca, 15 Lola, nine, and Fiona, five, and Jennie revealed they have worked out an agreement for sharing custody over the festive season.

“We are co-parenting and getting the hang of it,” she added.

“We will celebrate really quietly at home this year and then travel to see a friend in Virginia. Then their dad is picking them up and taking them skiing, so they have a lot of exciting things going on.”

Recent reports claimed Peter wants Jennie to stop talking about the collapse of their marriage.

“It’s like a slap in the face,” a friend tells Star magazine. “It’s hard for her to be civil with him, because she’s so angry.

“He hates that he looks like the bad guy. Peter has demanded that Jennie stop giving interviews, which has only infuriated her more.”
