“TOWIE” Lauren Goodger: I could be the next Kate Middleton

OHMYGOSSIP — The Only Way Is Essex star Lauren Goodger has suggested that she could be “the new Kate Middleton”. The reality TV star said that she would happily give “an Essex makeover” to the Duchess of Cambridge, who reportedly admitted to being a fan of the ITV2 show recently.

When told by Daybreak presenters Kate Garraway and Dan Lobb that she had been named as the duchess’s favourite cast member, Goodger gushed: “I think she’s amazing, she’s so beautiful and very attractive and stuff. I feel really proud that I’m her favourite, that she knows who I am.”

On Middleton’s conservative sense of style, Goodger added: “I think she looks very feminine and smart. I think it’s okay to play it safe sometimes.

“I’d love her to come down the salon. I don’t think she needs it, but I’d love to give her an Essex makeover.”

Goodger also said she would love the wife of Prince William to cameo on TOWIE.

“How good would that be, me and Kate walking into the Sugar Hut?” she declared.

During the interview, Goodger also addressed the recent arson attack that destroyed her ‘Lauren’s Way’ boutique, saying that she was grateful to have the “really supportive” TOWIE team around her.

“I’ve been kind of positive about it, got it reopened, got it redone and kind of moved on from it really,” she said.
