Nicole Richie’s breasts surgically enhanced?

Nicole Richie’s fuller figure has sparked speculation that she’s had her breasts surgically enhanced.

The fashion designer was recently photograpjed vacationing in Mexico as part of her 30th birthday celebrations, and her seemingly bigger chest has attracted much attention and chatter.

According to an “exclusive” report from Us Weekly, Richie is definitely sporting a new boob job. “She’s been open about it to friends,” a source tells the magazine.

A second source adds that Richie wanted to improve her bustline for husband Joel Madden, explaining “The pregnancies took a toll. She said breast-feeding killed what boobs she did have!”
