Lady GaGa has performed two one-off gigs in Sydney. The ‘Judas’ singer, who is currently visiting Australia to play an official concert at Sydney Town Hall, gave her fans cryptic clues about two surprise locations before performing at two clubs lat night.
Lady GaGa first wrote on Twitter: “Thinking of going out in Sydney Tonight. How I wish we had a show. NEVERMIND, don’t listen to me. Maybe i’ll just go for a walk in the pARQ (sic).”
Within hours, the musician arrived at Nevermind nightclub where thousands of her fans gathered. Wearing a studded and chained outfit, she then sang two of her hit singles before playing a set at Arq nightclub an hour later.
According to AAP, GaGa told the crowd at the second venue: “I just want to say thank you so much because without Australia I would not be where I am today.
“Today I met the mayor of Sydney and she made me an honorary citizen of Sydney for my gay advocacy. So thank you for being so f**king gay.”
Lady GaGa recently revealed that she would “love” to act in a Bollywood movie. She has also said that her stage persona and her real personality have become so “blurred” now that she doesn’t know which is which.
