Courteney Cox won’t turn to surgery

Courtney Cox won’t be going under the knife anytime soon. The actress, 46, has hit out at the trend for cosmetic surgery in Hollywood by insisting she merely washes away the years from her face.

“My secret is just to clean your skin before you go to bed and to moisturize,” explains Courtney. “It’s as simple as that. There is nothing else you need to do.”

Meanwhile, Cox has revealed she thinks David Arquette looks the “best he’s ever looked”.

The former Friends beauty — who announced last October she and the actor were undergoing a trial separation after 11 years of marriage — is proud that her estranged husband recently received treatment in rehab for “alcohol and other issues” and can’t believe the transformation in him.

“Oh my God, I’m so proud of him,” she said. “Best he’s ever looked! He’s so cute that I’m like, ‘Dude, I don’t understand. Really?! Why are you that cute right now?’ ”
