Robert Pattinson explains his lack of entourage
Robert Pattinson says his friends are to big headed to be a part of his entourage. The hunky British actor admits he doesn’t travel with the usual hangers-on after his pals from back home made it clear they are only fleetingly impressed with his Hollywood lifestyle.
“Only occasionally when I’m working in LA do my friends come out but that’s only because they’re doing other stuff in LA,” says Robert.
“A lot of actors have a bunch of people who just stay with them for like two months, like an entourage. But my friends? Their egos are too big. They’d be like, ‘I’m not part of your entourage.’
“They’re happy to stay for free in a hotel in New York or L.A for a bit, but they’re not going to come out to some random town in the boonies.”
Rob, 24, recently admitted he’s tired of his groupies.
“Now I very rarely go in the entrances of places which is why it was crazier before,” says Robert Pattinson.
“I don’t have time for the craziness anymore. Before it was kind of fun going through a big crowd when everyone is going crazy.
“It’s an experience but eventually when you’re just literally being rushed everywhere, you just can’t deal with that.”
