Brad Pitt’s parents to live with him and Angelina Jolie
Brat Pitt’s parents are moving in with him and Angelina Jolie. The actor, who raises children Maddox, nine, Pax, seven, Zahara, six, four-year-old Shiloh, and two-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne with the actress, is building an apartment on the grounds of his Chateau Miraval estate in France to accommodate Bill and Jane Pitt, who plan to help raise the couple’s large brood.
“The whole family is going to move there as soon as the renovations are done. At the moment they have six nannies — one for each of the kids – and the plan is to get rid of the helpers and rely on Bill and Jane,” a source told British newspaper The Sun.
“The annex they will live in is an old building which used to be used as a dovecote.
“It’s big enough to have a sitting room, kitchen and a couple of bedrooms. It will make a lovely little cottage for them.”
Brad Brad, 47, and Angelina Jolie, 35, are said to have asked Bill and Jane to move in with them in order to give their children a more stable home life, instead of traveling the world for months at a time to keep up with the couple’s movie-making commitments.
“They don’t want them dragged around the world any longer,” the source added.
“Brad is traditional and wants them to put down roots and have friends and go to the same school, rather than constantly moving.
“They’ll pretty much retire from Hollywood for a while.”
It is believed that Angelina’s The Tourist costar Johnny Depp — who also lives in France with partner Vanessa Paradis and children Lily-Rose, 11, and eight-year-old Jack — encouraged the couple to make their permanent base in Europe.
“Johnny said if they want a normal life they must leave Los Angeles. They all agree the time has come for them to focus on bringing up their family,” a source said.
“They have plenty of money and they want to relax and enjoy it.”
