American Idol makes Jennifer Aniston excited

Jennifer Aniston has been busy watching the new season of American Idol! The former Friends actress says the positive attitudes of the new panel — Jennifer Lopez, Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler — reflected her own approach to life having reached her 40s.

“I have a comfort and ease in myself and an ability to tune out the unnecessary negativity and really understand that it’s all about putting love and goodness out in the world,” she said.

“This new American Idol gang makes me so excited because you just feel so happy. I would watch it before, me personally, and just feel so horrible for these people going out there… It just feels negative.”

Aniston, 41, recently admitted she feels “cranky” if she doesn’t drink enough water.

“I don’t really have any beauty tips but drink a s**tload of water,” she said.

“I say, if anything, that’s the one thing I’ve noticed with my skin. If I stop drinking water, I dehydrate badly, and I get cranky. Water really works.”
