Colin Firth an embarrassment to wife

Colin Firth says he’s an embarrassment to his eco-warrior wife. The British actor — who’s married to Italian film producer Livia Giuggioli — riles his spouse with his less-than green lifestyle.

“I’m not green at all,” says the Best Actor Oscar nominee.

“I’m certainly misrepresented as virtuous on that subject. My brother-in-law is the real expert and my wife is pretty good as well.

“I’m the one being dragged along having to clean up his behavior. I’m the one wanting to upgrade my gadgets all the time and wanting to fly everywhere. I’m no eco-warrior.”

Colin Firth has previously revealed how his heart belongs to his wife.

“Oh, I appreciate the smiles I receive on occasion from rather beautiful women. But my heart is reserved for my lovely wife Livia,” he said.

“Livia is there for me when I need to have a good cry and feel very sorry for myself. She gives me a kiss and a cup of tea, and the world feels good again when my children run up to me for a hug.”
