Gwyneth Paltrow to appear in two episodes of Glee
Gwyneth Paltrow is heading to Glee! According to E! News, the actress — who’s married to Coldplay rocker Chris Martin — will star in two November episodes of the hit US TV show.
The 37-year-old mother of two — who worked with Glee creator Ryan Murphy in his 2006 feature film directorial debut Running With Scissors — will sing and dance as a substitute teacher/glee club coach who fills in for an ailing Mr. Schuester (Matthew Morrison). The glee club kids quickly take a shine to Paltrow’s sub — as does Mr. Schuester himself, who develops a hard crush despite his romance with fellow teacher Emma (Jayma Mays).
Paltrow recently revealed that she palms her kids — daughter Apple and son Moses — off on her best pal Stella McCartney when they wanna go horse-riding.
“Apple has turned into quite an equestrian and as I can’t bear horses or riding Stella takes her out,” Paltrow told Britain’s Daily Mail newspaper.
“I sent Stella a picture of Apple having a riding lesson wearing a PETA T-shirt and said, ‘She’s your child!’ They have really bonded.”
