Slash to divorce wife Perla Ferrar

Slash (45) and his wife Perla Ferrar are separating.

The former Guns N’ Roses guitarist filed for divorce Monday in L.A. County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences and July 15, 2010 as the date of separation, People magazine reports.

The pair — who wed in October 2001 — have two sons, London, 8, and Cash, 4.

Slash — real name Saul Hudson — is seeking joint physical and legal custody of the children.

“I can confirm the divorce papers were filed and from Slash’s perspective the split is amicable,” his rep said.
