Jessica Biel works out every day. The actress says she doesn’t have a secret to staying slim.
“I see my trainer one day, next day I take a yoga class, or take a hike, take a ballet class,” the 28-year-old told Glamour magazine.
“I used to do a lot of ballet — it’s the most amazing workout. Every day I do something, whether it’s in the gym, the pool or hiking with my three dogs.”
