Felicia Day: “Joss Whedon is perfect for Avengers”

Dr. Horrible actress Felicia Day has said that Joss Whedon is the perfect choice to direct Marvel’s Avengers movie.

Whedon is reportedly in final negotiations to helm the upcoming superhero film. Day said that he would do an “amazing” job directing the picture. “I mean, nobody else knows comics better than Joss,” she told MTV.

The 30-year-old added: “He loves them with a passion and to throw that many comic book characters in a movie? I don’t know who else could handle it.”

She also confessed that she would agree to appear in The Avengers if Whedon offered her a role.
