Michelle Keegan won’t do Strictly Come Dancing
OHMYGOSSIP — Michelle Keegan has confessed she doesn’t think she could do ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ as she’s not as confident as her fiance Mark Wright, who competed on the show last year.
The former ‘Coronation Street’ actress claims she has no plans to follow in the footsteps of her fiance Mark Wright by competing on the BBC One ballroom dance show as she found watching him take part excruciating.
Asked if she’d consider doing it, she said: “No – because it was so horrible watching Mark!”
The 27-year-old beauty – who is currently starring in new BBC drama ‘Ordinary Lies’ – doesn’t think she’d do as well as the former ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ star, who made it to the final, because she’s far too shy.
She explained: “Mark’s a more confident person that me. And I remember seeing how nervous he was and thinking, ‘If he’s like that, I just couldn’t do it’.”
Michelle also denied claims she and Mark – who was previously engaged to his TOWIE co-star Lauren Goodger – are planning to show off with a big dance number at their upcoming wedding.
She added to Radio Times magazine: “I think everyone assumes we’re going to do something choreographed, but we’re not. I couldn’t do that anyway because I’m rubbish. It’s just going to be a personal thing.”
