OHMYGOSSIP — Strictly Come Dancing winner Louis Smith has revealed that he would like to see Karl Pilkington participate in the next series. The Olympic gymnast thinks the Idiot Abroad star would be “hilarious” on the ballroom dance show.
Asked at the British Airways Silent Picturehouse launch who would be his dream contestant, Smith replied: “The guy from An Idiot Abroad, I’d love to see him on it.
“I think he’d be hilarious. He’d be brilliant. He’s got such a dry sense of humour, I think he’d be so funny on the show.”
Discussing his future career plans, Smith said he would love to be an action hero in the movies.
However, the sportsman admitted that his acting skills might not be up to scratch.
He said: “The idea [of acting] has been thrown at me, but I think you kind of need to go to drama school. My acting skills aren’t very great. I can be an action hero though. If Arnie can do, I can do it.”
