Lauren Conrad’s boyfriend to propose?

OHMYGOSSIP — Lauren Conrad could be engaged before the year is out if new reports are to be believed. According to America’s Life & Style magazine, the former reality star’s boyfriend, law student William Tell, is ready to propose after just six months of dating.

“William told a friend that Lauren was the one and he was shopping for an engagement ring,” a source said.

“He said he was planning on proposing very soon and can’t wait to pop the question. William is doing everything himself and taking care in selecting the perfect ring.

“He knows he needs to get the ring right since she is so stylish and — as a designer — has a definite taste when it comes to jewelry and fashion.

“Lauren has no idea he’s ring shopping. He wants everything to be a surprise.”
