Kelly Rowland: I love my breast implants

Kelly Rowland has said that she is happy with her decision to get breast implants. The singer, who revealed that she was tired of having “little nuggets for boobs”, underwent breast enhancement surgery in October 2007.

“The decision was ten years in the making, so I’m comfortable talking about it,” Rowland told Cosmopolitan. “It’s something I really wanted to do for myself – not for a man, not for work, for myself. And I love them!”

She went on to speak about her estranged father, who abandoned her when she was just a child.

“I haven’t seen my dad for almost 20 years,” Rowland said. “It’s nothing I want a pity party for. He left me and my mum, and I was angry. I wanted to be a daddy’s girl so bad. God damn The Cosby Show because that made me think, ‘Why isn’t my family like that?’ But this is not a perfect world.”

The former Destiny’s Child member recently revealed that she is looking for an opportunity to work with Tulisa Contostavlos and her band N-Dubz, and feels “blessed” to have met the singer.

Rowland has said that it would be “awesome” to return for a second stint on The X Factor judging panel.
