Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller agree to joint custody
Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have finally reached an agreement when it comes to the custody of their two young twins, Bob and Max. The estranged pair took their revised deal, which states that they will share joint custody of their children, to an LA judge yesterday, according to TMZ.
Both Mueller and Sheen’s attorneys went to Judge Hank Goldberg’s chambers to inform him that the couple had reconsidered their custody stalemate. The new agreement will issue joint custody of the twins to both the ex-‘Two and a Half Men’ star and Mueller, who has been dealing with her substance abuse problem until recently.
Although each parent has yet to sign the deal, when in affect it will give joint legal and physical custody to both parents. Although, TMZ reports that the two-year-old boys will still be spending more time with mama Mueller than with their daddy. Sheen and Mueller will wait to sign the new documents until they are removed from the court — documents that are not filed within the courthouse can be kept confidential. The move will also allow Sheen and Mueller to forgo their forthcoming court date.
