Kate Middleton’s parents land Justin Bieber deal
Justin Bieber has agreed a merchandising deal with Kate Middleton’s parents. The move grants Michael Middleton and wife Carole the rights to sell party accessories featuring the Canadian popstar’s likeness via their website Party Pieces.
“We’ve got Bieber Fever! Teenage girls around the world go crazy for the Bieber,” the site states. “The popstar now has his very own partyware.”
Bieber items include an Ultimate Party Kit of tableware, banner and balloons, priced at £20.89, as well as plates, cups, napkins and rosettes bearing the singer’s photo.
The Middletons, who became millionaires through the business, run the website from a warehouse near their £1 million home in Bucklebury, Berks. Kate was employed by the firm prior to her marriage to Prince William, while sister Pippa still works there part-time.
