Secret Millionaire to return to ABC in March

The unscripted series “Secret Millionaire” will return to television about a more than two-year absence March 6, with new episodes airing on ABC.

Six episodes of “Secret Millionaire” aired on Fox Broadcasting in December 2008.

The series has self-made successful business people spend a week in the nation’s poorest areas and give away hundreds of thousands of dollars of their own money.

“Secret Millionaire” will air Sundays at 8 p.m. in place of “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition,” which will return to the time slot April 17.

“Secret Millionaire” had been scheduled to be part of ABC’s fall schedule, airing Fridays at 8 p.m., but was replaced by “SuperNanny” before the start of the season.
