Kelly Osbourne: Working out at the gym f***ing sucks
Kelly Osbourne is not a fan of a working out at the gym… like, seriously.. she hates it! The 26-year-old star — who has lost 50lbs since her appearance on last year’s Dancing With The Stars — can currently been seen in her bikini on the front cover of America’s Shape magazine.
But Kelly insists she hates working out just as much as everyone else.
“I don’t care what anyone else says, working out fucking sucks!” she told New York magazine.
“It does! It sucks! Especially when you have to look at yourself in the mirror sweating, you’re like, ‘Oh, my God. I hate this!’”
Kelly then offered her advice for going to the gym.
“Start small and do it with a friend and keep going from there. That’s the only way to do it. When you go in there and go, ‘I’m going to do this and do this,’ it’s so overwhelming,” she said.
“I make a playlist of the gayest pop music that you can imagine; if any of my father’s friends heard the music for my workout, they’d be like, ‘Shame on you!’ But you’ve got to turn the most miserable experiences of your life into something fun.
“What I find really helps me is when I put on little cute outfits to go to the gym.
“Because when you’re looking at yourself in the mirror and you don’t like what you see, you’re not gonna want to go back.”
Kelly recently blamed taunts about her weight for her former drug addiction.
“I understand that being judged by others comes with the territory, but it broke my heart and ruined my self esteem,” she said.
“It sets you up to hate yourself in a huge way. I was so angry about the things people said about me. I truly believe it’s the main reason I turned to Vicodin and ended up in rehab three times. I just hated myself.”
