Jessica Simpson to marry without a prenuptial agreement in place

Jessica Simpson isn’t being very sensible! According to a new report, the singer/actress/reality TV star — who recently announced she’s engaged to boyfriend Eric Johnson — will be getting married without a prenuptial agreement in place.

Simpson did the same thing with her first husband Nick Lachey — and he walked away with over $10m, sources say.

“Nick walked away with over $10 million of her money when they divorced, because they had no prenup,” a Simpson insider told the PopEater website.

“You would think she would have learned her lesson. But where romance is concerned, Jess follows her heart not her head. At the moment, dad Joe is sitting back and being a great father, supporting his daughter and his future son-in-law.

“However, you can bet after all the excitement has died down, Joe is going to do everything in his power to make sure Jessica doesn’t walk down the aisle until Eric signs away any right he might have to Jessica’s enormous fortune.”

Jessica is believed to be worth $100m… somehow?

Previous reports claimed Jessica’s friends are worried Eric is just using her to get famous.

“I don’t care if he’s so smart and all that, I get the sense he’s more interested in people knowing he’s dating Jessica Simpson rather than truly caring about Jess and her needs,” said one of Jess’ pals.

According to the Chicago Sun-Times newspaper, another friend insists he is a “fame whore… the kind of guy who is really into dating famous women”.
