Rosario Dawson: I’m a huge trekkie

Rosario Dawson wants to take a ride on the Starship Enterprise. The Sin City actress announced her devotion to all things Star Trek after starring alongside new Captain Kirk actor Chris Pine in thriller Unstoppable.

“I have a whole petition going on on Twitter that I could maybe be in the next film,” says Rosario.

“Just a Klingon… anything. Just a walk on part. I would be very satisfied with that. I’m a huge Trekkie and I’m hoping Chris might help me out.”

Dawson recently revealed she feels “uber skinny and super young” when she is in her native New York, but when she is in Hollywood she is stunned by the amount of times she is asked to lose weight.

“I’m on the East Coast a lot and I feel uber skinny and super young,” she said. “I come to California and I feel fat and old. I’m 31, I’m starting to get old. I’m not emaciated. The amount of times I’ve been told to lose weight is unbelievable, I kid you not.”
