Lynda Carter is hating on Megan Fox for dissing Wonder Woman
Lynda Carter is embroiled in a bitter feud with Megan Fox! Carter, who played Wonder Woman and her alter ego, Diana Prince, on the 1970s television series The New Adventures of Wonder Woman, is furious that Fox dissed the iconic character.
A new Wonder Woman TV show is in the works and is being produced by Ally McBeal creator David E. Kelly.
Megan was rumored to be playing the part, but said Wonder Woman “is lame. She flies around in an invisible jet, but she’s not invisible. I don’t get it.”
Now Lynda is firing back!
“Megan Fox actually kind of trashed Wonder Woman,” Lynda told FoxNews. “She said she thought it was dumb, like ‘What’s the big whoop making people tell the truth.’
“I like her, I just thought she shouldn’t trash Wonder Woman.”
Carter thinks A new Wonder Woman TV show is a great idea — especially with Kelly in charge.
“He’s great at the underlying comedy and character development. I spoke to him several weeks ago and he is perfect for it because he will really give the characters life,” she said.
“It’s not just going to be a cartoon or a comic book thing, which is really what I think we tried to do.”
