Kurt Warner is upset that he got booted off of Dancing with the Stars

The former NFL quarterback and his professional partner Anna Trebunskaya became the eighth person to be voted off of Dancing With the Stars Tuesday night — despite receiving a score of eight from each of the judges for their performances on Monday’s episode.

And Warner feels his days on the show shouldn’t be over.

“Gosh it was unfair! I mean, I think we all feel, in some way, it is unfair when we get voted off,” he told Us Weekly magazine.

“I think we felt for a long time that we should have gotten better scores than we did, so you’re disappointed. We’re all biased.

“It’s pretty easy for me to walk away with the great things I acquired on this show and move on to the next things in life.”

Despite criticizing his performance on Monday, judge Bruno Tonioli praised the sportsman’s “incredible manners”.

“He has proven a true sportsman,” he said. “His attitude has been immaculate, incredible manners, and regardless of what happens, you have achieved a lot. You really are an American idol.”

Following Kurt’s elimination, four couples will now compete in next Monday’s semi final, actors Jennifer Grey and Kyle Massey, singer-and-actress Brandy and Bristol Palin, who has been at the bottom of the scoring almost every week.

Last night’s episode included performances by John Legend and The Roots and Taio Cruz.
