Robert Pattinson: You’ll love me when I’m dead

Robert Pattinson says he’ll have to DIE for people to appreciate his music! Rob — who was the singer of two songs on the Twilight soundtrack: Never Think, which he co-wrote with Sam Bradley, and Let Me Sign, which was written by Marcus Foster and Bobby Long — thinks he’ll follow in the footsteps of his hero, tragic Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain.

“I am sure I’ll be one of those artists that people don’t pay any attention to while I’m alive, and when I am dead people will go yeah, man, that was a work of art,” he said.

“I see myself playing in a rundown blues bar, with about three people drowning their sorrows. I play according to my mood, and sometimes that can come across as very depressing in music.”

Recent reports claimed Rob and his rumored girlfriend, Kristen Stewart, are hoping to a achieve a “Johnny Depp level of fame”.

“After Twilight they are aiming for a Johnny Depp level of fame — to work when they want but to get peace and quiet when they don’t,” a source said.

“Right now, neither has accepted a role after Twilight so they may even take a whole year off.

“They think it’ll do them good to disappear for a while as they’re both in danger of being overexposed.

“Kristen knows Keira Knightley, who went on a Himalayan trek a few years ago to get some perspective on the madness of Hollywood. She’s convinced she and Rob should do the same. She wants them to just be a boy and a girl hanging out together.”
