Courtney Love wants to be a journalist!

Courtney Love — who was married to late Nirvana rocker Kurt Cobain – says she wants to be published in The New Yorker. “I am the Tolstoy of text,” Love told New York Magazine.

“I never do, ‘C U later.’ And no one has the time, so people get my text and they read the first line. “I’m a lyricist, and I do Homeric lyrics, like 60 or 80 pages sometimes.

“There’s one song that didn’t even make the record called ‘Sunset Marquis,’ about a hotel that I stayed in when I was banned from the Chateau Marmont. Banned. Banned. Banned.”
