Amber Tamblyn insists she doesn´t care about tabloids
Amber Tamblyn says she doesn’t care what gets written about her — and that’s how she manages to stay grounded.
The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants and The Grudge 2 star, 27, isn’t bothered that the tabloids love using the phrase “young Hollywood gone wild” — because she doesn’t fit into that category.
“The ground,” Amber replied when asked what keeps her grounded in life.
“I have my friends and family, but on the opposite side, I think that I had a general disinterest in it, it’s not what keeps me grounded, it’s what is not interesting to me. That’s all.”
Meanwhile, House creator David Shore has revealed details of the character played by Tamblyn in the show’s upcoming seventh season.
“[The character is] a fresh face up against House,” Shore said. “Frankly we’ve all got a little jaded by House’s activities. She’s not jaded and she has difficulty handling what he’s up to, as a normal human being should have.
“We haven’t made a long-term contract with her, she wasn’t interested in that
“If it works out well and her schedule allows it, why not [bring her back]?”
