Ryan Reynolds: New movie was uncomfortable to make
Ryan Reynolds says it was torture being buried alive for his new movie. The hunky actor — who’s married to actress Scarlett Johansson — admits playing a man trapped in a coffin in Buried was one of the hardest experiences of his life.
“It was very tough,” says Ryan. “I was shooting those scenes for 17 days but it felt like 17 years. I really got a sense of that claustrophobia.
“We didn’t rehearse so a lot of what you see in the movie is me being generally scared and uncomfortable.”
Ryan recently revealed that being married is a special part of his life
“It is. Yeah. It’s the best part,” he says.
Reynolds also denied that he and Johansson are obsessed with privacy.
“I think it’s embellished upon,” he says. “It hasn’t been some covert operation. I mean, certainly the wedding was, but I believe anyone should have the right to have a private wedding ceremony. I think if anything’s sacred it should be that.”
