Josh Duhamel learned from Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes

Josh Duhamel has nothing but praise for his The Romantics costar Katie Holmes and her husband Tom Cruise! The actor — who’s married to Black Eyed Peas star Fergie — says he admires the way Cruise and Holmes make sure to spend quality time with one another.

“They set a good example for people,” he said. “They spent a lot of time together, you know… make sure that they make time [for each other]… I learned a lot from those two.”

Duhamel added that Cruise spent a lot of time on set while shooting The Romantics and did not object when Holmes had to film a screen kiss.

“Well,” he joked, “luckily Tom is very professional.”

Josh recently revealed that marrying Fergie made him a “better man”.
