Swizz Beatz: Marrying Alicia Keys was a blessing

Rapper Swizz Beatz has opened up about marrying singer Alicia Keys! “Everything was just wow. It was a blessing,” the 31-year-old told Access Hollywood of his and Keys’ big day.

“It was positive energy, and we’re still in those moments.”

Keys and Beatz tied the knot at a private home on the Mediterranean Sea on July 31. The newlyweds are also expecting their first together.

Beatz also says he enjoys working with his Grammy-winning singer wife in the studio.

“Anybody that’s brilliant can just connect to another mind,” he says. “Our chemistry is just a simple flow.”

Keys recently said her pregnancy is “the most brilliant gift”.

“Oh, I love children and I love family and I love that interaction. Because I had a really close relationship with my mother I understand that deep powerful love, and it’s so beautiful,” she said.

“To be a mother to a child is the most brilliant gift, it’s gorgeous.”
