Dr. Phil splashes out $29 million on plush Beverly Hills mansion

Money is clearly no object for TV’s Dr. Phil! The star has just dropped a whopping $29 million on a new Beverly Hills mansion!

The property — which boasts 15,000 square feet and is situated on nearly three acres — features a formal dining room, huge entryway, library/media room, and a “great room” that combines the living room and kitchen.

The pad comes with nine full bathrooms and two half-baths, and there’s a giant fountain parked out front.

Phil and his wife, Robin McGraw, currently live in a 11,036 square foot house, which has 8 bedrooms and a 2 bedroom guest house
