Armstrong confirms birth of third child

Alexander Armstrong has confirmed the birth of his third child.

The Have I Got News For You guest presenter and his wife Hannah welcomed their third son in the early hours of yesterday morning.

He tweeted: “So not a false alarm as it turns out – we had a baby boy at about 4 this morning! Bloody marvellous (sic).”

The 40-year-old had to leave the set of This Morning yesterday after comedy partner Ben Miller confirmed that his wife had been rushed into labour.
