Tim Robbins and Meg Ryan ‘just great friends’

Meg Ryan’s representative has again brushed off suggestions that the actress is dating Tim Robbins.

Rumours that a long-term affair between the pair caused Robbins’s split from Susan Sarandon last year were recently denied by the pair as “absolutely false”.

When asked if a relationship had since developed between Ryan and Robbins, the New York Post was told: “Meg and Tim have been great friends for many years and remain so.”

Last month, Sarandon admitted that her life felt “exhilarating and terrifying” since her break-up with Robbins.
