Louie Spence keen for ‘Got Talent’ role
Louie Spence has said that he would love to take on a judging role on Britain’s Got Talent. The Pineapple Dance Studios star was linked to the ITV1 show after it was reported that Simon Cowell may not return next year for the audition rounds.
Speaking about his credentials for the post, Spence told Metro: “I’d be amazing on Britain’s Got Talent. Of course, I would. I mean that’s what I do. That’s been my life.
“That is who I am. Literally, all those type of skills. A backing dancer, a bit of modelling, darling, I’ve twirled a baton. There isn’t much I haven’t done. I’ve done everything – I horse ride, too.”
Spence previously appeared as a reality TV judge on Sky1’s Cirque de Celebrité and US series Celebrity Circus.
“I’ve been a judge in America. I was voted one of the top ten US reality judges. I was voted number nine,” he said. “One in front of David Hasselhoff and one behind Judge Judy. Imagine that as a sandwich with no mayonnaise!”
The artistic director also joked that he would be willing to “divorce” his husband if Cowell wanted him on one of his shows.
