It’s time for Lindsay to pay for grand theft

Thanks to her concerned father Michael, Sheriffs department showed up to Lindsay Lohan’s apartment yesterday to check on little sister Ali’s well being. But what we didn’t know is that cops were at her pad just days before investigating a grand theft charge.

Lindsay Lohan is in trouble with the law again after a friend claims she stole her $35,000 Gold Rolex Watch.  Lindsay is concerned a “suspect” in the theft case. According to court documents, Lindsay’s friend claims she accidentally left the watch at Lindsay’s house earlier this year — and never got it back.

“Sources tell us that cops have photographic evidence which could prove Lindsay knows exactly where the Rolex went,” reports TMZ.  “We’re told cops rolled over to Lohan’s pad Wednesday to question the actress about the Rolex — but Lindsay denied any involvement in the theft.”

Of course she denied any involvement.  Oh Lindsay, will you ever learn?
