Hayden Panettiere is having an identity crisis

Hayden Panettiere stepped out for an Earth Day event in LA and we did a double take. She showed off her newly shorn locks and all we have to say is thank goodness she’s got a face like that, Hollyscoop mediates.

In the past few weeks, Hayden’s hair has been long and blonde, to long and auburn, to short and blonde, to barely there! We wonder what her new boxer boyfriend thinks of her changing looks.

Hardly anyone can pull off short locks like that, yet we’ve been seeing more and more celebs attempt the look. We’re hoping she was just letting the deep conditioning treatment sink in last night, and that she’s at the salon right now getting extensions!
