American Idol contestant Katie Stevens has no regrets
American Idol contestant Katie Stevens (17) has reportedly said that she has no regrets about her time on the show.
Stevens, who was eliminated from the Fox competition last week alongside Andrew Garcia, was asked by USA Today if there was anything she wished she had done differently.
“I know it’s cliché to say, but I have no regrets about anything that I’ve done,” she answered. “I am proud of myself, and I’m happy with my accomplishment of making it this far. I’m going to go home with dignity and pride in everything that I’ve done.”
Stevens added that one of her favourite experiences on the show was being taught by the guest mentors, saying: “Usher was incredible. Miley Cyrus – she’s amazing, too, and it was great to get her feedback, since she’s my age and very, very successful.
“Just getting their feedback on what it’s like in the business and how to better your performing. It was amazing to get that contact and that feedback.”
