Jennifer Hudson (28), an American recording artist, actress and model, hasn’t landed many endorsements deals since taking home an Academy Award for her performance in “Dreamgirls”, but Weight Watchers is looking to change that.
The new mother will follow in the footsteps of Phylicia Rashad and Queen Latifah as she becomes the latest celebrity spokesperson for a weight loss system. Weight Watchers has chosen the singer, who gave birth to son David Daniel Otunga Jr. just seven months ago, to be the face of its new campaign.
Hudson came to prominence in 2004 as one of the finalists on the third season of the Fox reality television series American Idol.
