Anna Nicole’s girl loses fight for J. Howard Marshall’s millions
Anna Nicole Smith´s daughter Dannielynn (3) has lost a battle for the fortune that the topless-model claimed to have inherited from her late husband, oil billionaire J. Howard Marshall, Daily Mail reports.
Dannielynn´s epresentatives have been locked in a legal fight with Marshall’s family, who claim that the Texan tycoon was senile when, aged 89, he married Anna Nicole.
After Nicole died from a drug overdose in 2007 aged 39, her lawyers argued that the money should go to Dannielynn, who was fathered by one of her lovers, Larry Birkhead (37). But a federal court ruled on Friday night that Marshall intended to leave his entire fortune to his son Pierce Marshall. Pierce died in 2006 and under the court ruling, the money will now go to his widow, Elaine.
Birkhead said that he intends to continue the fight for Marshall´s millions on Dannielynn´s behalf.
