Nicky Hilton walking down the aisle with boyfriend David Katzenberg?

Nicky Hilton´s been getting serious with boyfriend David Katzenberg since 2006.  According to “Page Six”, Katzenberg is close to proposing to his girlfriend. 

“Obviously, David would never propose around Oscar time but now that awards season is over, everyone thinks he’ll ask her soon,” a source tells.

Nicky Hilton has been married once to businessman Todd Andrew Meister in Las Vegas but that was quickly annulled.
