Jamie Oliver and wife Jools are expecting their fourth child together

There is a lot going on in chef Jamie Oliver’s life at the moment. He is expecting his fourth child in September with his wife Jools. He´s also about to launch a cooking show on US television – Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution, trying to encourage people to eat more healthily.

Oliver (34) and Jools (35) are parents to three kids: Poppy (8), Daisy (6) and Petal (11 months). He writes on Twitter: “Guess what…. I’m going to be a dad again!! We ’re expecting, so happy, feel very lucky.”

Jamie moved his family over to the USA during filming.  He describes himself as being a weekend dad as he works as hard as any other dad that works hard. He sees the kids every morning & then that’s it in the week. Then he’ll see them all weekend. He doesn´t particularly like it, but he doesn´t feel guilty because of Jools who is always there for them. She’s totally the boss at home, Oliver says, and he gladly let´s her to boss him around.

As to the new cooking show on US TV he finds it very nerve-racking. “I am hoping & praying I do my job properly, using the skills I ’ve learned over the past five years working with hundreds and thousands of kids, organisations and governments. Hopefully I am going to be up to the job,” he tells New! Magazine.
