Josh Dubovie is impressed by Eurovision track

Josh Dubovie (19), who triumphed on the BBC’s talent show Your Country Needs You! last week, has claimed that he is really impressed by his Pete Waterman-penned Eurovision track.

The singer said that long-time collaborators Mike Stock and Pete Waterman have not let him down with their song “That Sounds Good To Me”.

“The first time I heard the song, I was really impressed by it. It is definitely a Eurovision-style song,” he told BBC Breakfast. “Waterman and Mike have lived up to expectations. It is such an honour to represent the UK. My first reaction was just my whole body, it just clenched.”

Josh also revealed that he hopes to match Jade Ewen‘s top ten finish in last year ‘s competition. “Hopefully I can follow in Jade’s footsteps. I am going to aspire to be as good as her. She broke the ice,” he said.
