Reportedly Warner Bros is producing comedy “ID Theft” with Tracy Morgan attached to star. The studio’s Cop Out, starring Morgan, was the top comedy at last weekend´s US box office, leading to a deal with the 30 Rock star to front the new project, says Deadline New York.
The film centres on a broke father who uses the credit card of another suburban dad.
Saturday Night Live scribes Colin Jost and Rob Klein penned the script, from an original pitch by producer Kristofor Brown.
No production schedule has been released for the film.
