‘Love Island: All Stars’ winner Molly Smith can’t wait to go on ‘normal dates’ with Tom Clare

OHMYGOSSIP — Molly Smith says it is a “dream” to have won ‘Love Island: All Stars’ and can’t wait to have “normal dates” with her new partner.
The 29-year-old won the ITV reality show’s £50,000 cash prize with footballer Tom Clare, 24, during Monday (19.02.24) night’s final, presented by its 29-year-old host Maya Jama.
She has now said in her first official interview since leaving the show: “It’s like a dream, it’s actually really weird. Literally trying to process it. I don’t think it’s real yet. A big shock as well, we were well shocked!”
Molly added when asked by ITV how she found her experience on the show: “I would say at the start mine was pretty tragic but then when Tom came in, it really turned for the better. I actually really enjoyed it after he came in. I had a great time.”
In a joint chat with Tom, Molly told him about her favourite experience on the series: “Mine was our date, that was one of our favourite moments. It was beautiful as well.
“I liked the PDA’s as well, you know. Even though it was quite emotional, I liked seeing what had been going on.
“You got an insight and you saw what people had been hiding. But it’s quite hard to pick one moment!”
Molly became a hit with fans of the show after she moving on from her three-and-a-half-year relationship with ex-boyfriend Callum Jones, 27, and pursuing a romance with Tom.
Referencing her former partner, the blonde said when asked to reveal the biggest challenge she faced on ‘All Stars’: “Probably walking in and seeing the back of my ex’s head and living with him 24/7.
“At first it was weird and awkward but then towards the end it was fine. We actually get on really well and Tom gets on with him which is great.”
Callum got down to the final two on the show with his new love interest Jess Gale, 24, who entered the series late on with her twin sister Eve.
Molly and Callum met in 2020 during the ‘Love Island’ winter series but split in 2023, with Molly’s ex getting custody of their pug Winnie while she kept Pomeranian Nelly.
Tom said about his and Molly’s win: “It hasn’t sunk in for us both, it’s like a blur!… I feel like I knew what I wanted before I came in and I went for that and then I came out with Moll! I like to stay out of the drama and I’m so happy to be with Molly.”
Molly said Tom is coming to visit her in Manchester, adding: “I can’t wait to go on normal dates and get back to reality.”
Tom added: “I am moving back up North to be closer to my family, get back to football and hopefully back to Macclesfield FC, if they will have me back.”
