OHMYGOSSIP — Layton Williams has insisted he is not the son of a billionaire. The 29-year-old actor had discovered that a Google-generated answer to the question “Where was Layton Williams born?'” claimed rightly that he was born in Bury, Greater Manchester but that he is the son of a” white mother and a billionaire father of Jamaican descent”. Alongside a screenshot of the search result, he wrote on X: “FYI, I was raised on a council estate in Bury. Unfortunately my Dad is/was/(will probs never be) a billionaire.” The former ‘Bad Education’ star is currently competing on the BBC’s ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ alongside professional partner Nikita Kuzma but because he started his career playing the title role in ‘Billy Elliot: The Musical’, he felt he had to clear up rumours that his co-stars were were becoming “frustrated” that they were “completely unable to compete with him” due to his dancing background. He told Closer UK: “It’s been an emotional roller coaster. If you read into too many things and then you’re worried about what other people think of you, that’s like noise. “You’ve got to concentrate on the positive instead. I’m doing it for me, and for those who want to be inspired and watch us put on a show. “I’m just trying to have a slay vibe about all of this now.” The ‘Beautiful People’ actor did however admit that he has found the training for the BBC show “challenging”, but is elated that he has got a “cute” body through all of the intense dance rehearsals. He said: “I’m tired from all the training, but my body is cute! It’s snatched, actually – I’m going to put Nikita to shame. It feels good to just have mind, body and soul in check.”
