Jermaine Pennant and Jess Impiazzi ‘are staying away from reality TV’

OHMYGOSSIP — Jermaine Pennant and Jess Impiazzi “are staying away from reality TV”.
The former ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ stars – who got together after the former Arsenal and Liverpool footballer split from Alice Goodwin, the mother of his 12-year-old son Trey – are not keen to “do that sort of thing” anymore after their respective appearances on the star-studded edition of the series.
The 40-year-old former footballer told the Daily Star newspaper’s Hot TV column: “We are staying away from reality TV.
“The message we’ve given to our agent is that we don’t want to do that kind of thing.
“There’s no point in them telling us about offers to do reality stuff anymore. That phase has been and gone for us.”
The 33-year-old actress added: “I just want to focus on my acting. It’s what I trained to do and it’s what I want to be doing. It’s something I love and it’s authentic so I don’t want to do anything to ruin it. I’m just keeping my head down and working hard.”
Jessica – who recently starred in the BBC One drama ‘Strike – praised her boyfriend for “smashing it” with his broadcasting career after he declared bankruptcy for failing to pay millions of pounds in tax.
She said: “Jermaine is doing really well, too. He has his presenting and sports punditry. He is smashing it.”
Recently, Jermaine – who also played wing for Liverpool FC – admitted he had the potential to be a “billionaire” before he “f***** it up” before his ADHD diagnosis, a condition that led him to forget he owned a multi-million pound house.
He said: “In all honesty, I could have been a billionaire and still f***ed it up.
“I have made so many mistakes but I did not know how to deal with things and would not think of the consequences of my actions.
“I have been labelled a bad-boy but, in reality, I was just an insecure kid who did not know what he was doing.”
