Trisha Goddard almost died after breaking femur

OHMYGOSSIP — Trisha Goddard almost died after breaking her femur.
The 64-year-old TV presenter revealed that she went into shock after breaking her thigh bone during a fall down the stairs and she now needs a walking frame to get around.
Trisha was rushed in for emergency surgery, followed by a week-long hospital stay after the terrifying incident and she admitted she is “not out of the woods yet…”
Trisha shared a video of herself in her hospital bed on Instagram with the caption: “I’ve just had 2 of the toughest weeks…. One where I was rushed to hospital for an emergency operation, literally roaring in pain.
“But I’m still alive… just.
“I spent a week in hospital, was discharged on the Friday and with the help of Mother Morphine, did my 3 hour @talktv shows on Saturday and Sunday.
“Oh, and filmed a piece for @60minutes9 midweek too!
“On tomorrow’s show I’ll share what happened because I’m not out of the woods yet…”
And she also posted a picture of herself with a walking frame.
Jonathan Shallit – who represents Trisha – took to Twitter to share more details of her ordeal.
He wrote: “After week in hospital nothing stops TRISHA GODDARD broadcasting live 1pm today Talk Radio @TalkTV after nasty fall downstairs, trapped alone going into shock with broken femur, unable to move for 3 hours, even with walking frame sticks @InterTalent (sic).”
