Casa Amor comeback revealed on ‘Love Island’

OHMYGOSSIP — Casa Amor is making a comeback on ‘Love Island’.
Its return was announced on Thursday night’s (30.06.22) episode, with a pink sign illuminated at the end of show announcing the second villa would soon open for business.
It sent fans into a spin, and they said they are expecting Casa Amor to start from Friday night. (01.07.22)
‘Love Island’ narrator Iain Stirling, 34, confirmed the news by saying on Thursday: “The wait is over. Casa Amor is coming.”
A video then showed a camera swooping through the villa, soundtracked by ominous music.
One viewer responded online: “I’m not going out tomorrow night.. It’s casa amor bayyyy-beeeeeeee (sic).”
Others are predicting it will spell bad news for one couple, writing: “Tasha and Andrews final downfall is gonna be casa amor (sic)!”
The now traditional Casa Amor segment sees producers take half of the contestants to a rival villa where they meet a new set of Islanders to test their loyalties to existing partners.
It lasts for around four days, with the lads usually going back to the original villa either alone or with a new female partner.
The development comes after it was reported Casa Amor would makes its comeback from Monday July 4.
A spokesperson for the show said on Thursday (30.06.22): “The iconic flashing neon sign played at the end of tonight’s episode signalling fans will soon see the famous second villa on screens.
“What does it mean for the couples in the villa? Will heads turn? Only time will tell.”
A show insider told The Sun: “Just when the Islanders start to get comfortable in their couples, they are going to get a real shock as they are torn apart.
“This year’s Casa Amor promises to be the most explosive yet thanks to some seriously fiery characters, who have already shown their heads can be turned.”
‘Love Island’ airs on 9pm weekdays and Sundays on ITV2 and ITV Hub. Episodes are available the following morning on BritBox.
The dating reality show can be seen in Ireland on Virgin Media Two and Virgin Media Player.
