Harry Styles to read CBeebies Bedtime Story

OHMYGOSSIP — Harry Styles is the latest celebrity to sign up for ‘CBeebies Bedtime Stories’.
The ‘Golden’ singer, 28, will read Jess Hitchman’s ‘In Every House, on Every Street’ on the children’s bedtime show that takes place everyday at 6.50pm during the week with a different story being read each night.
The former One Direction star is set to read his story next Monday (23.05.22) and will introduce it by saying: “Tonight’s bedtime story is about a house full of love and laughter.”
The story follows a “heart-warming celebration of homes and the different families that live in them.”
Styles will be joining a long list of Hollywood stars such as; Tom Hardy, James McAvoy, David Schwimmer and Reese Witherspoon, who have all read for ‘CBeebies Bed Time Stories’ in the past.
The Duchess of Cambridge was the latest to narrate Jill Tomlinson’s ‘The Owl Who Was Afraid of the Dark’ to mark Children’s Mental Health Week, which took place from 7-13 February with this year’s theme being ‘Growing Together’.
Kate Middleton has long campaigned for children’s mental health which led her to launch the campaign back in 2015 as a way to encourage children to express their emotions and stressing on the importance of being able to do so.
The monarch, who’s mum to eight-year-old Prince George and seven-year-old Princess Charlotte, read the story in order to help children gain confidence and overcome their fears.
Kate said upon reflection: “Wow, what an encouraging tale.
“We can all feel scared sometimes just like our owl friend Plop, but as Mrs Barn Owl said, ‘It’s better to find out about the things that scare us before we make up our mind’.
“And with the help of others, we can often face things that worry us. Now it’s time for bed. Night night and sleep tight.”
